Accompanied by their parents and with the help of an instructor, the little ones will learn to practice this simple and fun sport. At the beginning, an instructor will explain what paddle surfing consists of and how it is practiced. Once this is done, they are provided with a board and a paddle and they can venture out to sail the coasts of Barcelona; yes, always under surveillance.
To carry out this practice you should bring sports or nautical shoes to be comfortable and not slip, change clothes for after the activity because they will surely get wet and, of course , swimsuit and neoprene.
Every day from five to eight in the afternoon children will be able to practice this sport for an hour. They will surely love it and want to repeat it again and again.
