If you want to get started in one of the most popular sports, come to our Big Sup Sessions of 1 hour on the beach of Barceloneta.

Big sup is a form of paddle surfing that is equally complete in terms of physical exercise and very fun to do with friends on a giant surfboard. strong>.

Classes are approximately 60 minutes, with small groups of minimum 6 people and maximum 10. Although if you want to celebrate a company event , a birthday or any other celebration, we would teach the lessons on individual tables.

The first notions are on the sand of the beach, to get some practice and then go to the sea and show your balance in front of your group. You will have a lot of fun and it will become part of your favorite hobbies.

We will provide you with all the necessary material for the activity. At the end of the session, you can use our showers and lockers.
