The duration of the training will be 1 hour.

If you have already taken a paddle surf course previously, you can come and receive training in this sport on the coast of Barcelona.
For 1 hour, you will have all the technical material you need, and an expert instructor will accompany you and advise you, so that you progress as much as possible throughout this session.
You can practice SUP at midday, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. or at sunset, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., every day of the week for a great price. You choose!
You will also be able to take advantage of our facilities to change clothes with complete comfort and be able to take a shower at the end of the session, if you feel like it.
