Introduction to climbing course in Sabadell

The course is three days, two at the La Panxa climbing wall and another in the surrounding area.

This is a course with which, in a short time, you will have the basics and take your first vertical steps, both inside our climbing wall and on the peaks that surround us.
To help you plan, we give you the exact dates:
On October 16, you will have the first contact and for this, we will wait for you at the climbing school, in Sabadell, where we alternate theory classes, and then we will start practicing in theclimbing wall.
The following week, on 23, we will continue with theory and practice sessions to consolidate what we have learned.
Now on November 6, we give you wings to climb on natural rock.
This course seeks to help you reach, in addition to peaks, the autonomy to do so without the help of experts, in a technician/student ratio of 1:4. It will also help you to secure yourself, but also your partner, with the buckle. You will know the material in its entirety, in addition to its use.
For your comfort, it is essential that you come to this course with comfortable clothing and climbing shoes. If you don't have these, you can rent them at the center.

When your activity starts and finishes
- Classes at the climbing wall will be from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
