Introduction course to short climbing, Barcelona

Enter a world of heights, where effort is rewarded with cinematic views... climbing! To do this, we propose an introductory course to climbing in the natural environment. The mountains of Barcelona will leave you speechless! 

So that you feel like you are learning and having fun during this course, we have divided it into a total of 4 workshops so that little by little, you will get the basics and be able to take your first vertical steps both inside our climbing wall and on the peaks that surround us.

With the first workshop, you will develop your training for 8 weeks, each of the classes we do will be about 60 minutes, and during them you will learn how to balance on the wall with technique. When you're ready, we'll jump onto the rock. Your next challenge? a 5 meter high wall that will not resist you since we will dedicate about 3 hours to it. 

For the next workshop we will travel to Castelldefels, where we will face a wall about 10 meters high. Here we will practice for about 5 hours: safety, a new descent maneuver and above all, we will practice opening the route. 

And finally, so that you can obtain the dossier and the course certificate, you will face an autonomy and safety test on a 14m rock wall in Garraf.
It is evident that throughout the entire development of this course, you will be accompanied by a professional climbing instructor and that we will also provide you with all the necessary materials for this. 

With this introductory course you will obtain all the necessary principles so that you can let go of climbing and continue practicing the technique comfortably. What do you tell us?
