Description of Initiation to climbing in Salamanca 5 hours
If you want to discover the landscapes of Salamanca in a totally new way, we propose to spend half a day of climbing in rock, with three hours to learn to climb or to perfect the technique you already have.
The day can take place in different enclaves of the province, such as the Sierra de France, Béjar or Gredos, as well as Ledesma. For about 5 hours, in groups you will learn all the secrets of the rock escalation by one of our scaling specialized monitors. Being small groups, you will receive as personalized as possible.
We also put at your disposal all the technical material to perform the activity, from an individual pack with the helmet, the harness and cat feet, to another that we will give at the group level with the strings and an emergency kit.
On your part, you must come with sports clothes, suitable sports, gloves, hat or cap and sunglasses. Also, a backpack with water and sunscreen.
