It is a 1 and a half hour session in which you can learn bouldering progression technique. The instructors – officially accredited as professional climbers – will teach youascent, descent and progression techniques and you will be able to put them into practice in the climbing gym facilities.
For this course it is not necessary to have any preparation or previous experience, we will teach you what you need to know on your first day of climbing.
