We propose a 2-day kitsurf course in Girona, two days in which you will learn everything you need to be able to start practicing aerial surfing.
The course is divided into 2 blocks, the first day you will have one hour of theory about this sport and 3 hours of practical exercises in the sand working on basic exercises on traction with the board and water, security systems and self-rescue to avoid any type of unforeseen event.
The second day, we will start with advanced piloting classes, bodydrag how to handle our body and the kite with both one and two hands.
The classes are held right on the beach, so that you feel safe and learn in the same conditions that you will find yourself in the day you go sailing alone.
The courses include all necessary kitesurfing equipment, suit, vest and helmet, as well as RC and accident insurance.

We are talking about a course that consists of 3 parts divided by days. On the first day we will teach you all thetheoretical information that you need to feel safe in one hour and we will do sailing practice in the sand for 3 hours.
The next day we will introduce you to advanced piloting in the water, with bodydrag exercises, which consists among other things of learning to handle yourself both hands as with just one and understand the traction that the kite exerts on our body.
On the last day, we will finish the course learning notions of waterstart with the board, we will give you the notions you need about the priorities when sailing, how to carry out the first boardsand how to be totally independent when it comes toassembling the team.
