This lesson consists of both a theoretical section with exercises in the sand, and a practical part where you will begin to take your first steps as a kitesurfer in open water. Therefore, it is ideal for beginners or those who have certain notions with this sport and who perfect the technique.

Completing this course involves being able to enjoy the standard kitesurfing equipment that consists of 1 kite, the helmet, the harness, the flotation vest, the wetsuit and the board. It also includes rescue boat that will take you to the beach as many times as you need.

It is recommended to wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for getting wet, as well as sun protection to protect yourself from possible and annoying burns. You will be so engrossed in this activity in Tarifa waters that you will not even notice the incidence of the sun.
