We will work kitesurfing for 4 hours in this program.

Continue your kitesurfing training with the basic navigation course that we will do in Castelldefels! We generally do it on the beach of Les Botigues.
This is our third introduction module to kitesurfing, which gives you the opportunity to practice in the water and improve everything you need if you can't take flight or navigate. If you have not yet taken the first two modules, contact us.
With this course we want all participants to be happy and that people who have not managed to navigate in the previous ones can continue trying in this one.
During the 4 hours we will practice:
- The "water start" learning: to be able to stay upright on the board while in the water.
- Basic navigation: rehearsing the flight of the kite and learning to control it.
- Proper navigation position: practicing each position of the board, the kite and the body itself to avoid bad movements that hurt the body.

When your activity starts and finishes
In the summer months it is done between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., according to regulations. For the rest of the months, consult.
