Deal overview
With an extension of 25 kilometers, Hoces del Duratón, in Segovia, is one of the most recommended gorges if you want to do a kayak route. while you watch the wildlife develop around you like this. We rent you the boat and you set the course you want to follow. You will have 3 hours and 30 minutes. Make good use of your time!
Located very close to the towns of Sepúlveda and Pedraza, it will not be difficult for you to access this beautiful canyon. Thus, equipped with your kayak and life jacket, you will only have to paddle through its calm waters and be attentive to its great variety of ornithology, such as Egyptian vultures and falcons. But, there is still more.
The Segovian environment through which you will navigate is home to one of the largest griffon vulture reserves in Spain. An ideal wild place for these fabulous animals to feel safe. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to see some of the nests that they have built over the years.
Another advantage of this route is its waters. Calm in character and with little current, it is a perfect route to come with children. You will see on their faces the fascination that not only the fabulous birds provoke, but also the dizzying gorges, some reaching 100 meters high.
