This activity will be practiced on the l'Estartit beach, ideal for a sport such as kayaking, under complete security and surveillance. our monitors with great experience.
With this course you will become self-sufficient to practice this wonderful sport and be able to navigate freely and enjoy the feeling the water will slide beneath you.
We prepare you so that you acquire the appropriate navigation technique. You will receive 45 minutes of theoretical-practical class, 45 minutes of practice with the instructor in the water, and you will also have 30 minutes free to enjoy everything you have learned.
You will have a monitor who will guide you and give you basic instructions to learn the pillars of this sport that is so fun and suitable for all ages.
