In this Kayaking Beginner Lesson, offered in famous Newquay, Cornwall, we will lead you easily through our sit-on-top Kayak session on the calm waters for 2 hours!
No prior knowledge or experience is necessary to join this activity because it's designed as an initiation session into the world of kayaking! Our experienced instructors will get you learning and laughing, whatever your level of competence. As your confidence and paddling abilities improve, you can start to participate in some kayaking games!
Aside from the safety briefing, we will provide you with all equipment (kayak, paddle, buoyancy aid, helmet, wetsuit, and instructor) necessary for the session.
Participants must be at least 5 years old to take part in this kayaking course. Those under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes before your booking time.
Additionally, please wear an appropriate swimsuit and bring a towel and extra clothing to change into after the activity.
