A rather sporty adventure in a course of about 6 km long in a river classified II and III . This part of the river is also suitable for beginners wishing to embark on the world of Hydrospeed .
How does the activity take place?
- You will be welcomed at the meeting place by our team, where you will receive a warm briefing on navigation techniques and safety instructions before leaving by the river.
- During the water, your monitor will teach you the swimming bases in water-vives in a fun and playful : you will perform some games and exercises framed.
- Then you will leave for your descent in Hydrospeed in the waters of the Aude for a little more an hour .
- On the way back, you will have the opportunity to debrief and share your experience with the rest of the participants.
*The technical and safety equipment are loaned to you and the rental price of the hydrospeed is included.
** Plan to take with you a swimsuit, a towel and spare clothes, if necessary.
