The course takes place in Sigean, on the Mediterranean, an excellent place to learn and progress while benefiting from aparadise location.
The course begins with an introduction to wingfoil equipment, including the board, sail, mast and foil /strong>. Yourcertified instructorcan show you how to assemble them before you cansail.
Then, once on the water, you will be introduced to the different basic techniques for getting on the board and balancing on the foil. This includes positioning, sail angle adjustment and board orientation exercises to optimize your stability.
You will also learn how to steer with the sail, depending on the wind, and thus be able to taketight turns.
The Mediterranean is really the best water point for progress, because it is known for being calm and with a lot of wind.
As you progress, theinstructorcan help you perfect your technique by giving you advice and correcting mistakes. You will be able to perform jumps, and other advanced movements, of course this will depend on your experience.

Private lessons are adapted to the needs and your skill level. The instructor who will be responsible for supervising you will provide you with personalized instructions (1 person per course) to help you progress and improve your skills.
This training takes place at Port Mahon Sigean, a perfect setting for learning.
First, yourinstructorwill get to know you to discuss your current level and the goals you have set for yourself. Then, we will help you choose the right equipment and show you how to prepare your board. We will do a warm-up before any exercise to avoid possible injury.
Now for the activity, you will receive precise instructions and you will learn different positions to navigatecorrectly at sea. The goal is to manage your sail strong> by positioning it perfectly according to the wind for controlled steeringand perfectly executed turns. Don't worry if you have difficulty at first, this is completely normal. It is a sport requiring a minimum of training before knowing how to perform these movements, and then if you fall, the water does not is not cold, we are in the Mediterranean.
Your instructor will show you throughout your course through demonstrations the right gestures to do, you will have quality teaching which will allow you to progress at your own pace.
