Would you like to come and discover white water swimming or hydrospeed in the Southern Alps? Come and have fun in the Le Rabioux River for a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes, a river which connects to the Ubaye and which subsequently flows into the the Rhône. You will be able toentertain yourself in themovement of the white waters while at the same time admiring the sublime landscapes that offer themselves to you.
The latter being recognized as thebest rivers in France for white water sports will allow you to descend for a pleasant duration therefore the rivers >the most admired in France.
On board your float, you can let yourself be carried away by the rough waters of the current, and experience a descent full of sensationsand adrenaline.
To sail hydrospeed, the minimum age required is 10 years old, and knowing how to swim of course. Our instructors will take the time to give a lesson at the beginning to teach you the basics of river finning exercises in order to have fun while you are in the waters.
In addition, we have courses adapted to all levels and physical conditions, whether you are beginners, athletes or amateurs, you will not fail to have fun. In a very family and warm atmosphere, you will leave with the memory of a memorable afternoon.
After your activity, you can sit in our picnic area, or on the terrace at your disposal, to eat while enjoying the beautiful natural environments in which you have visited. So remember to bring a good meal with you if you opt for a picnic.

- The times for the hydrospeed descent in May, June and September are 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., while in July and August the slots are 9:15 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
