This is a sporting and technical activity that will appeal to fans of adrenaline rushes! You will move through the water using a float and a pair of fins. It's the perfect mix between canoe-kayak sailing and sport swimming. You will be on the river to live an experience rich in thrills. You will be shaken by the waves and you will be able to venture through the rapids and enjoy sliding on the water of the current.
We offer you a gentle introduction to this atypical discipline on our discovery trails adapted for a first experience. Our guide will be there to share his advice with you so that you can become a hydrospeed pro in no time. Although sensational, this activity remains accessible to everyone aged 12 and over if you know how to swim. We have different routes, more or less technical. Everyone will therefore find what they are looking for according to their level and physical condition.
The good news ? You don't need to bring any equipment. Take only your swimsuit and a towel to dry off. We will provide you with all the rest of the equipment necessary for your comfort and safety. You will be entitled to a reinforced 5 mm neoprene suit, a helmet, a safety vest, neoprene slippers and fins. All protective equipment meets standards.
If you are up for this activity, you can find us at Méolans in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Your activity takes place in the Ubaye Valley two hours from the Écrins National Park.

- From April to June, you have two slots available: 10 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.
- In July and August you can do this activity at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
