Hydrospeed descent near Mont Cenis - 7 km

You will be immersed in a fascinating universe, very rich in natural spaces which will allow you to disconnect from your urban life. Whether you are passing through the Savoie department, or you are organizing your vacation in this area, this hydrospeed activity will allow you to have a good dose of fun and adrenaline.

Indeed, in the Haute-Maurienne Valley, you will travel along the Arc River and you will take advantage of its white waters to go sliding >, thanks to a foam float which will serve as your board and your only boat. Your descent will be a distance of seven kilometers, starting from Val-Cenis, a town an hour and a half from the town of Chambéry.

As soon as you arrive at the aquatic base, you will be received and supervised by a certified instructor, who will give you a warm and friendly welcome. He will introduce you to the places and talk to you more about the most fascinating corners, the activity, how to swim in white waters, then the safety guidelines to respect. He will also give you your wetsuit, your hydrospeed float, helmet, vest and your fins strong>, so you can head towards the descent launch point.

Once you arrive, you will be able to go into the water and begin your descent which will remain memorable for you. The latter is called "big waves" and is made up of two courses, yellow and red. You must therefore be in good physical condition to be able to do this circuit. You must also be able to swim a minimum distance of 25 meters. In addition, you can share this descent with your children aged 14 or over. Bring a swimsuit, a towel and anything else you think is necessary, then come and enjoy the joys of hydrospeed.
