Being able to climb Mulhacén is a unique experience that you cannot miss. That's why we have a hiking route for you so you can get to know this peak and be amazed by the views.
We will be waiting for you in the morning in La Hoya del Portillo to start an exciting route. From here we will head to the peak of Mulhacén, the highest in the entire Iberian Peninsula. It is quite a challenge so you will have to come with a lot of desire and a lot of energy to be able to climb. Our official mountain guide will be with you throughout the ascent so that you are safe.
From the heights you can see incredible views of the entire plain and the top of the Peninsula. You will discover one of the most beautiful and impressive protected environments. Once the excursion is over, we will descend through Alto del Chorrillo.
It is mandatory to come with mountain boots, breathable and warm clothing, raincoats in case of rain, hat, gloves, glasses with protective lenses, water, food to regain strength, telescopic poles with snow rosettes and front light. We take care of the rest of the materials: crampons, ice axes or snowshoes depending on the weather.
