I would recommend going when the wind is low and the sea is calm because we had some rough sea near the caves and we all ended up getting a bit seasick.
I'm still very glad we did it because the caves are incredible and not to be missed. If you get seasick, it's worth taking some medication beforehand. The experience took about 2 hours. -
