Welcome to a route through the midlands and rural areas of Gran Canaria, the interior of the island still has that typical Canarian atmosphere that is so worth visiting. It is a route that combines the traditional with the wild, through the routes through nature that surround the inhabited areas.
We will meet at the Basilica of the Virgen del Pino, in the town of Teror, southeast of the Doramas Rural Park. From there this hiking route begins towards the Teror ravine, where we will enter narrow and leafy paths full of vegetation, crossing the famous route of the stairs until you reach the Sagrado Corazón neighborhood. Then we will return through the El Álamo neighborhood to the market square.
It is an easy trail suitable for all types of hikers, regardless of their age. You will get to know the midlands of Gran Canaria in its purest form, feeling up close the nature that surrounds the municipality.
Our guide will teach you everything about the customs of the area, in addition to introducing you to the Canarian culture and its rural ecosystems. It will be 4 hours full of learning, nature and, above all, fun on a route that combines the best atmospheres of the Canary midlands.
