We will take you to discover a spectacular place surrounded by nature and incredible corners. You will be able to enter the underground world of the caves and discover the processes that cause underground rivers to form which flow into the canyon, this phenomenon in turn forms impressive waterfalls , one of them is the "El Aguacero" which gives its name to this place that we will visit. This waterfall is the entrance to the Biosphere Reserve known as "La Selva del Ocote". We will visit the Cueva del Encanto during our walk, which is located in the El Aguacero area.
It is a walk with a low-medium difficulty so it can be carried out by children from 10 years of age. It is a perfect plan to do with your family, with your friends who like ecotourism or with your partner.
The meeting point will be in San Cristóbal de las Casas and from there we will transfer you to the place of the activity, transport is included in the package as well as a snack to taste after a great day. We recommend that you wear comfortable, light clothing since the weather is generally warm, as well as a swimsuit, towel, and sandals since we will enter the water. You can bring a small backpack and don't forget your camera, preferably one that is waterproof.
