Walk and relaxation exercises in the forest
General information
Deal overview
If you want to disconnect from stress and noise, this guided hike through the forest of the Chico National Park is perfect for you because during 3 hours of excursion we are going to do different exercises so that you can really leave behind the tiredness and burden of routine.
Our expert ecotourism guides will take you along a path in the mountains where you will be in contact with nature, something that will give you energy and good vibes. Listen to the sound of the forest, the trees and the animals that live in it, all your senses will be concentrated in a healthy and pure environment.
Subsequently, we will do meditation exercises taking advantage of our living environment and they will teach you through breathing exercises to relax your body and mind.
