If you want to have a different day and learn about gastronomy, come to Villanueva de los Infantes. We are waiting for you to hold a bread and oenology workshop!

The activity will take place in a place with a lot of history, a 60-year-old workshop. Here is the expert who will guide you in our creation and explain to us all the ins and outs of the loaf.

First, and following the steps of the master baker, we will make our dough. While it ferments we will move on to a tasting of regional pasta with a few glasses of mistela. Mistela is not a wine, but all its ingredients come from it.

Finally, when the dough is ready, we will proceed to put it in the wood oven. Once it is finished cooking, we can smell and taste some buns made with our own hands, we assure you that they taste much better!
