The cheese factory is located in the proximities of Campo de Montiel. Surrounded by wide pastures, vineyards and olive trees, it is a perfect place to spend a quiet day.
The tour will take you to meet the sheep from which the milk for the cheese is extracted and their shepherd. Afterwards, you will go inside the cheese factory where an expert guide will explain to you how the D.O. Manchego cheese is produced, curdled, pressed and cured.
Once you have visited the facilities where the cheese is made, you will enjoy a relaxed walk through the surroundings of the farm.
The minimum number of participants will be 2 people and you will have to be 30 minutes before the start of the activity at the starting point, which will be: the House of Studies.
*In 2019 we will not be available on January 5, April 20, August 17 and September 7.
