Half-day sport climbing in Soria

Climbing is a sport for all tastes! You can come to learn or train at Soria, where we organize excursions through different areas of the province for all types of levels. 

Pico Frontes, Valdenebro, Covaleda...we can go to a multitude of places that include various degrees of climbing, which we will go to depending on the level of the group. If you have never climbed, we encourage you to try it! Well, it is a good activity for your physical and mental health, since it requires strength and agility, but also concentration, discipline and desire to improve.

We will climb to considerable heights, so we will provide you with the specific technical safety material: harness, helmet, dynamic rope, carabiners, quickdraw and climbing shoes for your feet. A specialized instructor will be in charge of teaching each of you the techniques so that you improve and encourage you to continue practicing this sport.

This activity will be available all year round, but in winter we will have to climb in an indoor climbing wall. In the spring-summer season, and in autumn if the weather permits, we will go outdoor climbing on rocks.

It will last 3 hours, enough time to start climbing, feel the satisfaction that you can do it, and get hooked on this fascinating sport. You won't be able to stop climbing!

Get hooked on climbing in Soria! We have everything ready for you to start practicing this sport or train to improve, since this province has different areas of various grades for all types of levels. We will go in groups, so we will go to the places that best suit each person's level.

You will be able to climb for 5 or 6 hours, and we will provide you with all the safety materials, as we will reach great heights: helmet, harness, dynamic rope, carabiners, quickdraw; and specific footwear for climbers: climbing shoes.

You don't need to have experience, because it is also aimed at beginners. Anexperienced instructorwill be in charge of advising you on each step, so that you can improve your skills when ascending. Remember that the position of your feet is very important!

In spring-summer times, even in autumn if conditions allow, we will go outdoors to areas such as Pico Frentes, Valdenebro or Covaleda; and during the cold days and in winter we will practice in a covered climbing wall located in a center in Soria.

Once you reach the top, you will feel great satisfaction, and be careful because that feeling is addictive! Climbing is one of the sports that has more and more followers due to its multiple benefits, both physical and mental, as it provides greater flexibility and physical strength, but you also learn values such as respect for nature, sociability or concentration.
