Have you suffered any type of mishap that has kept you from climbing or do you simply want to strengthen your mental part to improve your climbing? With our sessions on gesture and fear management you will reinforce the psychological part that is so important in this sport. You will be accompanied by a motivated group and climbing technicians who will help you enjoy this spectacular sport.

The event will take place for a full day in the town of Calcena, in the province of Zaragoza. In it we will offer you the necessary tools to free yourself from those worries that prevent you from concentrating on climbing and thus enjoying yourself.

In a group made up of a maximum of 2 people, we will practice key factors such as visualization of the environment and relaxation, carrying and positioning.

For the activity you will need to come equipped with a harness, climbing helmet and climbing shoes. In addition, an anchor rope with a type D safety carabiner.

As the day will last a whole day, you will have to bring a backpack, food and water.
