If you are a lover of adventure sports and you are on the beautiful Setúbal Coast, we have prepared an activity for you that we are sure you will love.

We propose a climbing session combined with rappelling in the heart of the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, a place where nature abounds and the landscapes are like a movie. For approximately 3 hours you will be able to climb the natural rocks in this area of Setúbal, go through the narrowest corridors on the southern slope of the Serra da Arrábida and demonstrate your rappelling skills.

We will be waiting for you in Praia do Creiro, just a few minutes from Portinho da Arrábida. That's when our expert instructors will give you the necessary materials and teach you everything you need in case you don't have climbing experience.

It is an initiation activity and perfect for both groups of friends and families, come and discover it!
