The meeting point for the climb will be the mythical Farol da Guia, in the town of Cascais. There a member of the team will leave you a helmet and the rest of the climbing equipment. Immediately afterwards, a prior briefing will take place so that you can better understand the place where the activity will take place and of course to guarantee your safety during the day.
Those participants who have long hair must tied it up without exception before starting the activity, so if this is your case, don't forget to bring a hair tie. Likewise, you must come with appropriate shoes for climbing and dressed in comfortable sports clothing that does not limit your movements in any way.
