The instructor will provide you with a helmet, harness, descender and other material necessary for practicing this sport. In addition, he will guide you at all times, during the climbs and rappelling sections so that you feel even safer and enjoy the adventure to the fullest.
The meeting point for the activity will be Portinho da Arrábida, one of the most beautiful towns in the entire country, located in the district of Setúbal and very close to the mouth of the Sado. A perfect location for climbing due to the characteristics of its mountains, the mild climate and the beautiful turquoise waters that bathe its beaches.
The level of difficulty of this activity is medium / low, being suitable for children from 12 years old. If you were thinking of coming on vacation to Lisbon with your partner or as a family, this may be that original plan that you were looking for to spend part of your free time during your stay.
During the day they will give all participants water and a small snack to regain energy. Don't forget to tie your hair up for the activity if it is long or to bring appropriate clothing and footwear for climbing.
