This climbing activity has a low difficulty and does not require previous experience, so do not hesitate to come with the little ones in the house, since any child can participate in the activity as long as they have reached 10 years.
You will meet the climbing instructor in Largo Ferreira de Castro, just a quarter of an hour from the center of Lisbon. There they will give you a brief talk introducing the activity, giving information about the equipment and explaining some safety rules and technical advice so you can enjoy the experience more and better.
It is very important that you bring backpack, boots or mountain shoes suitable for climbing, comfortable clothing and if you have long hair, a rubber band or something to pick it up. The guide will be in charge of leaving you the rest of the materials and will give all participants a bottle of water and a snack to regain energy.
Test your skills and get ready to live a very special climbing adventure in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.

The activity can be carried out either at 9 in the morning or at 2 in the afternoon, although it is possible to choose another time. Check availability.
