- This course is run as two 3 hour sessions, over 2 consecutive weeks.
- Please allow five hours of your day for this climbing session.

You will start off as a complete novice, and by the end of the course will be a safe and competent and safe climber!
During the course we will take you through:
- All the knots required
- How to belay safely
- How to hold falls and catch your climbing partner
- A variety of climbing techniques to help you master the harder grades
- How to boulder safely
- What equipment you will need and how to use it properly
*Please note that this course takes place 2 weeks in a row and you need to attend both courses simultaneously*

Here at Yorkshire Dales, you'll have safe and efficient training, where you will learn some of the following things:
- Gear placement and removal
- Communication and climbing skills
- Selecting routes
- Choice the anchors and how to use them
There are just a few things we can mention. We won't tell you everything in here because otherwise, it wouldn't be a surprise. During your 5-hour climbing adventure, you'll progress and refresh your climbing skills. We provide the necessary equipment for this adventure and, a professional instructor will help you every step of the way.
We can cater this session for birthdays, stag and hen parties, family or group activities. Be aware all of you need to be at the same level of experience. People +16 years old are welcome to come!
