We do a vertical ascension trekking route towards the top of Montgrí. There will be climbs and low difficulty climbing (levels II, III and IV, with climbing material). Although, we will adapt the difficulty to the characteristics of the group.

Once up, we will visit the medieval castle of Montgrí, from where we will enjoy impressive views of the Empordà.

The descent will take place along the path of the Duc cave, rappelling with ropes.

The meeting point for the activity will be Torroella de Montgrí.

You must bring comfortable clothing, trekking or sports shoes, food and water.
