The complete course will last two days.

Participate in a course with which you will obtain the basic knowledge and techniques so that you can begin in optimal conditions of safety and with autonomy in the progression by climbing mountain ridges.
In the program that we will teach we will focus on easy-level content so that you can do it without previous training.
Course duration:
- We will spend 2 days, (16 hours in total) divided into theoretical and practical classes that may be during the week or on weekends.
- The first day will be the time for theory, although we will begin to test how to use what we are learning in the field.
- The second day we will use completely for practices.
The contents of the course will be the following:
- Equipment and material: we will learn what elements we are going to use and how to take advantage of them.
- Objective and subjective dangers: we will be able to identify situations that could become dangerous before this happens.
- Security techniques.
- First grade progression techniques.
- Graduations and reviews.
- Assurance techniques.
