If you have already practiced mountaineering on some occasion, and want to train as snow runners, we have a perfect course for you, at the Vallter 2000 station.

Our qualified instructors will teach you how to progress through corridors and snow channels, always guaranteeing safety.

The basic concepts that we will work on in this course are:

Rope progression.
Snow and rock anchors.
Meetings.
Descent and rappelling.

Anyone who has started mountaineering and knows how to use ice axes and crampons can participate.

Each student must bring their technical material, although if you don't have it, we can rent it to you. Ask us about the rates.

You must also bring all the snow equipment, and food and water, since the course lasts a full day.
