If you want to learn to practice caving, we have a perfect course for you. From December 3 to 6 you will learn all the theoretical and technical knowledge necessary to practice this sport.

To complete this course you will have accommodation at the Cara Norte School Hostel in Palencia with food. The only thing you need for this activity is good physical condition and vertical progression material, but if you don't have the equipment we will provide it for you.

It is designed for a maximum of 10 people and consists of 45 hours, of which 32 are in person. The course is made up of theoretical content and practice, so that the student has a complete preparation for caving.
