If you want to learn to practice caving, we have a perfect course for you. You will learn all the theoretical and technical knowledge necessary to practice this sport.
To complete this course you will have accommodation at the Cardaño Hostel in Palencia with food. The only thing you need for this activity is good physical condition and vertical progression material, but if you don't have the equipment we will provide it for you.
On the first day we will practice vertical progression techniques on exterior walls, ascent technique, descent technique, handrails, pendulums, change of direction... and on the second day we will go to a cave, a real environment where we can put into practice everything we have learned.
It is designed for a maximum of 4 people and consists of two days of practical training. The course is made up of theoretical content and practice, so that the student has a complete preparation for caving. Do you dare to enjoy it?
