To perform this activity you absolutely must know how to swim and it is advisable to have knowledge of rope abseiling techniques.
By having had prior experience, you will be more comfortable doing this activity which still requires certain knowledge, which could handicap you if you do not have it.
The highest pendulum in this canyon is at a height of 30 meters, get ready to feel unique and unforgettable sensations!
Program of your Canyoning day
You will be warmly welcomed at 9:00 a.m. at our adventure basein Vicdessos. An experienced instructor will take care of you to provide you with the appropriate equipment and materials: neoprene set (long John, jacket, socks, t-shirt), a harness with technical progression equipment, a protective helmet, a water bottle waterproof to store your personal belongings and a carrying bag.
Once you are all equipped, your instructor will give you a briefing on the day's progress, the planned route, the instructions to follow and the safety rules. Finally, you will walk for an hour to arrive at the foothills of Montcalm and reach the start of the Subra canyon.
Have fun in this superb canyon and exceed your limits!
Around noon, you will take a break for lunch. Remember to bring your picnic and a bottle of water!
Continue to descend the canyon, jumping over the immense waterfalls, sliding down the natural slides and descending from rope to rope.
Once the canyon is finished, you will walk for 15 minutes during which you will carry out a briefing with the group and your instructor with the aim of sharing the unique experience you have just had!
