This horizontal cave is very rich and has many surprises in store for you. You will discover magnificent concretions, diggingsin shiny marbles with very astonishing shapes. You will even have the chance to meet bones of the former inhabitants of this cave: cave bears. These date back more than 30,000 years, don't worry, you won't risk coming face to face with these impressive animals!
You will evolve in large underground galleries through different landscapes each one more surprising. This cave is ideal for a first experience in caving in order to learn the basic techniques of cave study strong>. This adventure will leave you with unforgettable memories.
The horizontal cave of Siech is located in Saurat a few minutes from Tarascon in Ariège and 1 hour 15 minutes from Toulouse. We will meet you at the Tarascon tourist office. As soon as you arrive, you will be received by our team in a warm atmosphere.
After a brief briefing and handing over the equipment, you can set off for a short 2-minute approach walk to reach the entrance to the cave /strong>. Your caving visit can finally begin!
Put on boots, suit, helmet and set off for an exceptional underground exploration!

- In the morning: departure at 9 a.m. and return around 12:30 p.m.
- In the afternoon: departure at 2 p.m. and return around 5:30 p.m.
