Our journey begins at our operations base, where our experienced team welcomes you. After a safety briefing and an introduction to paddle handling techniques, you will be equipped with everything you need: a stable and comfortable canoe or kayak, a paddle, a life jacket and a helmet.
After helping carry your canoe to the river, you will be ready to hit the water. Under the advice of our instructors, you will embark on a unique adventure. During this 2.5 hour descent, Ariège is revealed from all its angles. You sail quietly, lulled by the rhythm of your paddle strokes. You admire the changing landscape, from lush green banks to majestic limestone cliffs and more exhilarating rapids.
Throughout the route, you have the opportunity to take breaks on the small beaches along the river, observe the local fauna and soak up the tranquility of the place. It's also the perfect opportunity for a refreshing swim. Your adventure ends at the scheduled arrival where our team is waiting for you to collect the equipment.
