Night in the Hobbit house for four with breakfast in Rocca Grimalda

Four beds in the same room, with a double bed for the parents and a bunk bed for the children: this is the night for four in the Hobbit house of Elanor's Garden in Rocca Grimalda, with breakfast for everyone the next morning. There are no age limits and the house is also suitable for the little ones.

It is best for children to tell the story before leaving. On the geographical map the border of the province of Alexandria draws the shape of a dragon, and from these Dragon Lands the idea of building the house of Tolkien's Hobbits in our garden was born. In the lawn in front of the round doors, one green and one blue, there are swings made with tires and the fence closes off the entire space.

Inside the house there is a single large room with a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower, while the map of Middle-earth is painted on the wall where the children will be able to find the places of the books. The rooms are divided by curtains and not doors, so everyone really sleeps together. The part that children discover first is the cave, a fake stone room with lights and ivy hanging from the ceiling, while the music from the Lord of the Rings plays in the background.

For dinner, bring what you prefer. Next to the house there is a room with tables where you can eat while sitting, comfortable even when it is cold outside since you sleep here in all seasons.

Breakfast for four is served in the morning in the nearby room and is sweet. If someone in the family prefers it salty or has allergies, just ask us in advance.

The next day you can take the children to the riding school in San Giacomo, a hamlet of Rocca Grimalda, or to the parks with swimming pools and slides in Lavagello, Capriata d'Orba and Lerma. Cycling enthusiasts will find the Museum of Champions in Novi Ligure, dedicated to Fausto Coppi and Costante Girardengo. When you book, tell us how old the children are and if you need a cot, so you will find everything ready when you arrive.
