A night for two in the Glam Tent of Poggio di MontedOro with breakfast and free access to the outdoor swimming pool in the summer months is our simplest formula. It is a gift to those who want to try sleeping in a tent without giving up a real double bed and a private bathroom.
The tent measures 17 and a half square meters and is built of certified solid wood with a canvas roof and glass entrance door. Inside you will find the double bed measuring 160 by 190 and the bathroom with sink, toilet and wooden tub for the shower. In the bar area there is a fridge, coffee machine and kettle, while the air conditioning cools in summer and heats in winter, and bed linen and towels and a hairdryer are already supplied.
The tents are located in a quiet grove a few steps from the panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Bolsena and the valley. Less than 50 meters away stands the church of Santa Maria di Montedoro, the small octagonal temple designed by Antonio da Sangallo the Younger in the first half of the sixteenth century. Stone was quarried on our hill. In all likelihood the construction site tools were also kept here. At sunset from the terrace you can recognize the Rocca dei Papi and the dome of Santa Margherita, which dominate the historic center of Montefiascone.
Breakfast arrives in a basket the night before. Inside you will find biscuits, jams, yogurt and homemade desserts, so in the morning you can enjoy it calmly at the patio table before checking out. The Glam Tent accommodates a maximum of two adults and the minimum age to stay is 18.

We sleep all year round, subject to availability. Arrival in the afternoon, telling us the time, and departure by 10:00. Tourist tax and tent cleaning costs are to be paid on site.
