Night in Casa Hobbit for two with breakfast in Maremma

For those who grew up with The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, a night in our Hobbit House is the birthday present you don't expect. It is a house dug into the hill in Civitella Paganico, in Maremma, which we have rebuilt as faithfully as possible to Bilbo Baggins' house. The price is valid for two people and includes accommodation and buffet breakfast the following morning.

You will arrive in the afternoon and after check-in we will accompany you to the round door, beyond which the wooden walls, the electric fireplace with rocking armchairs and many saga details around the double bed await you. The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. In summer there is air conditioning and drinks from the minibar are paid separately.

Breakfast is served in the reception yurt with a sweet buffet, savory on request at no additional cost and jams prepared with fruit from our orchard, from cherries to figs.

Everything else is chosen and paid for at the facility, so whoever receives the gift can decide on the spot how to complete the evening. You can book a 0 km dinner in the dining room or in the accommodation, or in a bivouac under the stars from April to mid-October. Upon request we also organize aperitifs, massages and e-bike rental, and the larch hot tub outside the house must be requested at least half a day in advance. The tourist tax and the extra bed for a third person, with breakfast, are also paid by us. To fully fit into the role, you can even rent hobbit costumes, which can be requested the day before.
