If you like the mountain why not live a full day ascending and descending for its vertical walls, can there be anything more exciting than discovering the secrets that the earth hides?

This course will have a total duration of 1 day and, during this day we will try to carry out a practice of maneuvers so you can learn little by little about the world of rappel. The mountains of the Sierra de Barcelona will be your next challenge!

To do this you will have the help of a monitor entitled with many years of experience that, of course, will ensure your learning and your security. In addition we will give you all the materials you need to descend through the vertical walls , and so that you do not forget anything, we will take pictures during your practice and you will have videos of support of the maneuvers.

*Necessary to come equipped with: mountain boots (sport shoes), backpack with food and water, coat clothes, sun protection.
