Energise is a sports centre dedicated to making a more active and healthier lifestyle available for the residents of York its surrounding areas.

With a huge range of facilities, classes and services, we have a great staff dedicated to improving the lives and health of the community through active living. We have made extensive improvements over the last few years including a fully equipped gym and a host of fitness and sport related classes to compliment our indoor sports hall and outdoor pitches, to top it all off we also boast two main climbing walls, a 10 metre and a 13 metre with climbs of different grades and a 4 metre high bouldering wall, as well as the professional and qualified staff to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe experience.
