2. It is a sport accessible to all

In France, climbing walls are open to all, young and old. Depending on the level of expertise and the preferences, you can choose and book from several offers. The difficulty levels of the climbing walls are different depending on the shape of the wall, its slope, height, size of its holds etc. However, there are centres with several wall types where you can go as a family and enjoy all together, each one on the wall corresponding to its level. The more adventurous can try their hand at the highest climbing walls in France, which can be up to 25m high, notably in Mulhouse and Lyon.

4. An experience that fosters mutual support and cooperation

If you didn't know, we tell you here. A climbing wall session is one of those activities that help foster a sense of friendship and allows you to count on others. During your climbing session, you will not be alone! Fellow climbers will encourage and motivate you to do your best. They may even offer tips on improving your techniques and proceeding further safely. As they have a different perspective from you and perhaps more experience, their feedback may be quite pertinent. You will therefore learn through this activity to listen to others and their opinions, share your encouragement and advice with them, even if they are not close to you. This is a quality that will also serve you in your personal and professional life.
