In the company of a qualified guide, motivating and dynamic, you will put energy into your muscles, those of the legs, back, upper and lower part of the body. It's a complete sport that will reshape your entire figure and put you in great shape. Let's not talk about the mind, this one-hour session will absorb the accumulated stress and regulate your mood.
