The principle oftubingis simple: You board a buoy, and you are equipped with a helmet, a life jacket and a paddle.

Accompanied by a guide, you set off on theTêt rapidsin an unforgettable and refreshing experience.

The guide who takes you on this discovery is a qualified instructor, who will guarantee your safety and ensure you have a good time in the company of your loved ones or friends.

You will have the choice between two formulas:

• A discovery course: 1h15 of fun on your buoy!
• A sporty course: 2 hours of descent between rapids and calmer passages

Enough to observe the landscape while having fun in a new and original activity.

Kap'oupa Kap Paintball takes you to a wooded area to discover paintball.

The leisure center provides you with a field, as well as paintball equipment: protective equipment, launcher and paintballs for rental.

Several options will be offered to you depending on your experience and your desires. You will have for example:

• The discovery formula: equipment and 40 balls
• The jungle formula: equipment and 100 marbles

And you can also vary the number of balls if you want to have additional refills.

Up to 1,000 balls may be offered to you. Children can comeand play paintballfrom 8 years old. Paintballwill force you to develop a team strategy to win the games.

Kap'oupa Kap Vélo VTT promises you a total escape in the Eastern Pyrenees.

The leisure center offers you the opportunity to rent a mountain bike and set off to explore the mountains, accompanied by an instructor.

Two formulas are possible:

• the discovery mountain bike: 1h30 ride in a magnificent setting
• the sporty mountain bike : 2 hours of journey for people looking for a little more sensations

Downhill courses will be offered to you, to simply keep the happiness and adrenaline rush specific to thedownhill mountain bike ride.

The activity is accessible to everyone from 1m40. Don’t hesitate to participate as a family! You cycle through wonderful landscapes, meeting local fauna and flora.

Kap'oupa Kap Mur d'Escalade takes you uphill towards adventure.

Discover leisure climbing on a wall specially designed for you. The proposed wall is 80 m2 and has different levels of difficulty in order to adapt to the expectations of all participants.

For example, inclined sections will provide a challenge to people who feel the need to exercise.

These adaptations allow anyone to embark on the climbing adventure: from children to adults.

Children are welcome on the climbing activity from 3 years old.

climbingis done outdoors, which is why the activity is only available from April to September.

Test climbing in the Eastern Pyrenees by launching yourself onto the artificial climbing structure with Kap'oupa Kap.

Climbing is done without a harness on a "tunnel" secured by large foam mats. The exteriors allow gentle learning and inside, the dever becomes the place of all challenges!!

A pleasant picnic area along the river will allow you to spend a sporty and fun day in a natural setting...
