We are located in the Rhône, in Lyon Vaisein the 9th arrondissement, 5 minutes walk from the Montel Park >and 9 minutes from Valmy metro station.
When you arrive at the climbing room, you will be greeted by one of our instructors who will be happy to explain the session to you. If you have your own equipment, don't hesitate to bring it back. Once the briefing is over, you can start your session with a warm-up, then with your first ascent.
You will be supervised throughout the duration of your courseby an instructor, an expert and climbing enthusiast, who will teach you the right gestures and techniques so that you successfully climb your climbing wall. You will change ratings, giving you the opportunity to assess your level and get an overview of your skills.
Once the course is over, you can enjoy the relaxation room which will be at your complete disposal. You can listen to music, have a drink and a bite to eat, while chatting with other people who share the same passion or enthusiasm as you!

Once at the meeting point, you will be received by one of our instructors, who will be happy to explain the session to you. You will start with a warm-up to avoid any muscle injuries. Once the warm-up is over, you will attack a track with a low rating so that your instructor can assess your level and technique.
When your instructor has finished analyzing your climbing skills, he will suggest several paths to follow, as well as several areas for improvement. You can start with low-rated tracks, allowing you to get your bearings and improve and acquire new skills.
Once the session is over, you will have a debriefing on the skills to improve, your strengths and your areas for improvement.
