Our hiking routes are as follows:

• Cruz Grande – Pico de Las Nieves

• Route of the volcanoes. For this route we will provide you with transportation and guides. We will arrive at Las Deseadas and see the San Juan Volcano and then the Martín Volcano. The lunar landscapes and pine forests will be the main scenarios we will enter.

• El teneguía. With this route we will discover the San Antonio Volcano and they will teach us in a short documentary the history of this volcano, which had its last eruption in 1677. We will take an excursion through the ashes, lapili and the lava flows, reaching the Teneguia volcano. The lunar landscape in a black setting will be the protagonist of the route.

• The Roof of Isla Bonita. The La Caldera de Taburiente National Park has the Pico de la Cruz and its 2,351 meters. Go into the clouds at that height and travel through the Canarian pine forest until you reach one of the most beautiful hermitages in the area: that of Pino de la Virgen.

• Taburiente Caldera. The 6 and a half hours will take us through a national park more than 8 kilometers in diameter. The Colors Waterfall or the Angustias Riachuelo will be two of the many points of interest that we will enjoy.

The excursions last from half a day to a full day, where you can immerse yourself in the most diverse landscapes of the island. We also carry out tailor-made tours, you just have to propose the route you want.

Paragliding will bring you closer to free flight and in the Canary Islands we have the advantage that it can be practiced all year round. We have two-seater flights that will show you with the help of an instructor how this activity is carried out, in which you will have to run and jump from the side of a mountain and the wind will take care of the rest.

Furthermore, if the weather conditions are suitable and the instructor considers it appropriate, you can be the one who controls the controls and be a paragliding pilot for a few moments. We have different flight areas:

• Gran Canaria. The flight lasts approximately 25 minutes and depending on the intensity and direction of the wind, we will fly over Los Giles or Las Coloradas.

• Tenerife Adeje. To make this flight, either sunrise or sunset is recommended, since during the day the conditions are no longer optimal. It lasts about 30 minutes and takes off from Taucho.

• Tenerife Izaña. This flight of between 40 and 50 minutes will allow you to go through the clouds (literally) since it is a fairly high flight: 2,500 meters. It is one of the most spectacular flights you will find.

We also carry out paragliding pilot courses in case you want to get started or improve your techniques:

• Initiation course. With this week-long course you will be able to enter the world of paragliding, with theoretical and practical classes, led by one of our instructors. You will do the practices on the ground to get the material and precise techniques and in the air to put into practice what you have learned.

• Improvement course. Thanks to this course you will be able to improve your techniques thanks to the help of a professional pilot. He will advise you on maneuvers in which you may be failing and help you improve. It lasts 4 days.

We also have flight guides who will advise you on the best areas in which to practice this sport. In addition, we can organize your trip for you, since we have all the necessary information: hotels, pick-up service, equipment rental...

Adventure ExperiencesDiving is specialized in the practice of one of the most exciting sports you can find, where you will enter the underwater world and where you can discover one of the most unknown scenarios for man.

In the Canary Islands we are lucky to be able to practice this sport during any time of the year, thanks to the weather conditions. In addition, the variety of environments is very rich: from shipwrecks to caves and reefs.

If you want to get started, we have first-time diving sessions where you will establish a first contact by submerging yourself to a maximum depth of 6 meters. But we also have diving courses of all levels and specialties:

• Open Water Diver. You can dive to a depth of up to 40 meters, accompanied by an instructor. To take this course you will need to have about 4 days, in which we will teach theoretical classes and do 5 dives.
• Advanced Open Water Diver course. The second part of this course will help you perfect the techniques acquired in the first level. We will carry out theoretical classes and there will also be 5 dives.
• First Aid and CPR Course. With this course you will have the necessary knowledge to be able to care for a partner during a dive, whether his life is in danger or not.
• Rescue Diver Course. It is essential to have taken the previous course. Thanks to it you will be able to learn symptoms such as fatigue and you will learn the best skills to be able to rescue any of your companions. It is composed of theory and practice (5 dives).
• Dive Master. With this course you will be able to teach diving courses and be an experienced instructor. You will be able to work as a diving guide and train instructors in their practices. You will have all the knowledge about diving theory, you will know how to plan trips, you will have supervision skills... It is made up of theoretical classes and 9 dives.

Our climbing courses

• Level I. All the basics you need to know about this sport, such as tying knots, roping, knowing how to belay and being able to rappel down. You will also acquire basic knowledge about safety in this sport.
• Level II. With this level you will acquire knowledge about other types of more complete knots and maneuvers such as unhooking, belaying, you will know how to belay with Gri Gri... You will be able to climb long routes.
• Level III. Learn to climb routes of various lengths, belay from above, learn the technique of flying rappelling, acquire the necessary emergency techniques to be able to descend or progress... There will also be an introduction to classic climbing.
• Level IV. With this course you can learn to climb on any type of rock and at any height. Get into artificial climbing and get into classic climbing.
• Level V. Learn to be the one who equips the tracks.

The basic rates that we give you for this refer to individual classes of 2 hours duration or complete 5-day courses which are very interesting if you are going to spend a few days in Gran Canaria. As for location, we can go where the conditions are better or to those points along the Atlantic that you are most curious to know:

- Northern area of Gran Canaria: where there are various completely natural bays that will serve to shelter us from the currents and possible waves of the day. Here the waters are very transparent which allows us to see the richness of the seabed well when we are in shallow places.

- South of the island: we will see that the scenarios for sailing are steeper, maintaining the same characteristics in natural wealth of the entire environment.

- East coast of the Canary Islands: where there are beautiful beaches that we can inspect on board the boards.
