My experience has been terrible. I do not recommend it, it leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a simultaneous flight in pairs for about 20 minutes and that's not what happened at all.
From the beginning the instructor was not clear at all about setting the date of the flight, we had to be attentive the entire time.
We understand that paragliding depends on the weather conditions, but the management and organization of the activity does depend on it and it was a disaster.
When we arrived there was only the possibility of making the flight individually and my partner could not do it because he weighed more than 80-odd kilos and it was not safe, a reason we understand, since safety comes first. But at no time were we notified that over a certain weight there was the possibility of not flying, if that had been the case we would not have taken the activity.
When we got there, the ideal thing would have been for him to tell us that the simultaneous flight could not be carried out (which is what he had purchased for €130) and for us to decide if we would do what they proposed or if we would prefer to cancel.
What happened was that as soon as I arrived they told me that I was going first, they began to put the hitches and so on while they told me that surely my partner couldn't fly, but that was what it was.
It was the first time we were going to fly and we were nervous, the situation was very abrupt and we didn't even have time to react and think, that's why I flew (not even 10 minutes) and that's it. He told us that we would try to get my partner to fly in the afternoon or the next morning and he didn't notify us again.
I spoke to them to tell them that we had ended up very dissatisfied and that the services offered by them left a lot to be desired.Company's response:
