They fooled me. They don't specify that there are limited activities for children and once you buy the activity then they tell you.
They do not give you the option to return the money even if you have not done the activity due to lack of information from the company.Company's response:
Hello Sheila,
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify that for us the safety of our clients, especially the little ones, is our absolute priority.
We understand that the child you are talking about is a 2-year-old baby. It is important to mention that, for safety reasons, we cannot allow babies to participate in certain activities that require adequate physical development, such as head control and muscle strength, to avoid serious injuries.
This limitation was clearly explained at all times and several options were offered, including a return or modification of the baby-related purchase. We also remember that all information about activities and restrictions is published in our conditions, as we always seek to be transparent with our clients.
There was no deception, but a responsible decision focused on the baby's safety. We appreciate your understanding and remain at your disposal to resolve any other questions or concerns you may have.
Greetings,
-
